Sodium Alginate--Food Grade
Sodium Alginate (food grade) is extracted from marine brown seaweeds and kelp. It is a healthy food ingredient that widely used as thickeners and stabilizing agent in bread, meat, noodle, juice, jelly, ice cream, etc. In appearance it is white or milk-colored powder and can be made in granular if requested.
Sodium  Alginate (tech grade）is mainly used as the thickeners in the dyes printings.
